Art of Yoga Project
The Art of Yoga Project, based in Palo Alto, has been healing and empowering marginalized youth through mindfulness-based practices since 2005. With over 10,000 unique youths served and an 80% improvement in emotional regulation, the program utilizes the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) to help balance and restore the nervous system.
